We want your Qtrends bed frame to arrive safely and on time. Here's everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping notification with tracking details once it has dispatched.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
