Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Qtrends bed frame. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• In their original, unused condition
• In original packaging (or securely re-packaged)
• Free from damage, stains, or signs of assembly

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

• Items that have been assembled or show signs of use
• Items damaged due to improper assembly or misuse
• Final sale or clearance items

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at returns@qtrends.com with your order number and reason for return
2. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return authorisation number
3. Ship the item back using a trackable method — return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the credit.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or wrong item, please contact us at support@qtrends.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different style or colour, please return the original item and place a new order.
